make an effort to answer the questions asked of you, but always have in mind a number of key ideas that you wish to convey. by considering yourself the director of the interview, you can help to gear the questions in such a way that your ideas will be heard. take the opportunity to show in which ways you are unique and different from the other thousands of candidates for application. do not, on the other hand, waste time discussing issues that are already clearly noted on your application forms. elaborate when given the opportunity on topics that illustrate something positive about your character and preparedness to participate in the business school experience.
